From 2009 until 2015 Julie Wilkins owned and operated Julieanna's, a retail shop in Broadway which sold jewelry and other gift items handcrafted by local people.
Since closing her shop, Julie has become more involved with her church by volunteering at their school and going on mission trips. She continues to design jewelry and accessories and work on crafts

in her workshop overlooking the Shenandoah River. Julie occasionally gets together with crafting buddies to learn or teach new skills. Also, as a carryover from Julieanna's, she continues to host tea parties for groups of friends.Julie and her husband, Ace, live in what they lovingly call “The River House,” located just outside of Timberville, where they enjoy their large family and dog.
