Born and raised in a small one-red-light town in South Georgia, Ashton Water's parents were a florist and a forester. Thanks to them, he grew up with an eye for the beauty found in nature.

 

Ashton's true love is working with wood by building furniture and turning on the lathe. With the Shenandoah mountains as a backdrop for his home and shop, he has plenty of inspiration to drive his inner artist. This year he will be featuring many of his smaller wood items such as ornaments, rolling pins, and ornate boxes.
